Tool engineer (m/w/d)

Craftsmanship and the digital revolution. For our tool engineers, this is not a contradiction but a perfect symbiosis. Using CAD techniques, learn to make tools that need to be milled, filed, drilled or ground to the thousandth of a millimetre for the distinctive design of our exceptional sports cars. You will learn how to use high-precision digital measuring devices, because precision and expertise are the be-all and end-all.

The training teaches you how to manufacture components from different materials, how to assemble them functionally to form highly developed tools, how to check them for wear and damage, and how to repair them. We also deal with the various joining techniques, such as screwing, pressing, gluing or welding, and learn how they are used.

Machining engineer (m/w/d)

Machining engineers work on state-of-the-art, high-tech, fully automatic CNC machines. Learn the skill of machining to produce high-precision tools of the highest quality for the latest Porsche models. A new challenge for a new era.

Do you want to be able to operate and program the latest lathes and milling machines? You will train to be a highly qualified specialist on our modern machines. During your training, you will learn how to analyse production orders, set up computer-controlled machine tools, and what to do if technical faults occur.
